About Sophia

Sophia is a 17-yo High School Senior from Loveland, OH. Her passion is dance and will be attending the Ann Lacy School of Dance and Entertainment at Oklahoma City University (OCU) on a dance scholarship in the Fall.

She has trained at Broadway Bound Dance Academy (BBDA) since I was age 3 and performs in ballet, pointe, jazz, musical theatre, lyrical, modern, tap, and hip hop and has been a part of the BBDA Dance Competition Team for 9 years, winning numerous national and regional solo, duet, and group titles. In addition, she performs for free at local community events through the Artistic Dance Center Collective to share the love of dance and God with others.

Her goal is to earn a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Performance from OCO, pursue a professional dance career, and one day own and run her own dance studio. Outside of dance, she likes to be with her family and travel.
